The layer link shows most of the 2d objects but does not link the text. All missing text is in the same class as the other 2d objects. Anyone have an idea as to why the text does not show up? Guest Posted July 20, 2001 Share Posted July 20, 2001 I believe a reason for the text to appear missing may be that the class the text is in is grayed out. Go into the CLASSES dialog box and check to see if the class your 2D object and text is in is grayed. To the left of the class name there are three columns - a black, white, and gray diamond. If there is a gray diamond you will not be able to see the text. You will need to change the class to visible (black diamond) by simply clicking on the black diamond column.
