blue handle on object

How do I get the little blue handles back on an object?

Click on the 2D selection tool

Select the second mode from the mode bar - interactive scaling mode (looks like an diagonal line with an arrow at both ends)

Click on the object.

For blue handles to show, you must have a tool enabled that can edit the object. For handles to show when you have the 2D selection tool enabled, you need to be in the correct mode. Look in the mode bar, if you have Disable Interactive Scaling Mode enabled, blue handles will not show.
