I am trying to set up my room finish library defaults in the Prefs_Def folder so that the file is accessible from the server and not the individual user files. I set the path in the VA2_Preference_Set_Paths.txt file but when I edid the finishes list it always defaults to the local copy of the file.
In the default finish library file it uses the [%plug-ins%] syntax to reference the path so I replaced it with the full path to the file on the server. Is this the correct way to do this? Is there any special syntax required?
The way our server is set up I have had had a hard time with setting paths in the past. In the spotlight get info pane there are 2 paths listed. one is/volumes/etc/etc and the other is afp://servername\.lan._afpovertcp._tcp.local/etc/etc
