doug shaffer
Hello - I thought I had posted this already, but I couldn't find it in the archives. I REALLY like the new option of 'gray other objects' when 'show other objects while in editing modes' is selected. However, I find that when I am editing viewport 'annotations', if I zoom in close, the gray objects disappear. I think this may be a bug. When 'gray other objects' is not selected, the problem does not occur. Can anyone on this list confirm this problem? Also, has anyone written a script that allows you to toggle 'gray other objects' and/or 'show other objects while in groups' on and off using a quick key? Someone out there had written one for previous versions and I used it regularly. thanks - Quote Link to comment
HOUCAD
I am having the same problem with lines disappearing when zooming in close including within the snap loop. In my case it is a referenced layer in a background layer in this drawing and the plan rotation is at an odd angle. When I set the rotation back to world (0) then the lines are visible at all zoom levels. Quote Link to comment
IanH
Ditto. But I also have a similar problem viewing a Vectorworks file that I exported to PDF and viewing in Acrobat where at certain zoom factors lines appear or disappear. So its possibly more than VW that is affected and obviously not just Mac or PC. Quote Link to comment
