jhutchison Posted June 6, 2001 Share Posted June 6, 2001 Seems to me, about 5 weeks ago NNA promised a maintenance update for the bug-ridden Architect 9 to be released in 5 weeks. Those 5 weeks are up. Is it coming out? When? If we do not see it within the next couple of weeks, Architect 9 is getting returned because we will have to return it by the end of the "satisfication guaranteed" period. We are not satisfied. We cannot even use it. We have a shred of hope that NNA can fix the product, but if we don't see it in a couple weeks, the product is being put to pasture. NNA please respond. Quote Link to comment
