ArchStudentLondon Posted March 18, 2009 Share Posted March 18, 2009 (edited) Hi all, I'm new here, trying to get some tips on VectorWorks. I'm an Arch student in the UK and thought it would be handy to join this forum seeing as I use VW a lot. I run VW 2008 on Mac OS X. My current problem is regarding the components feature with the double line tool. Every time I specify the necessary components, I go to draw the line and the line appears with the relevant divisions [number of lines], but without the components! Any solutions to this issue? Guest Wes Gardner Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 Hi, When using the tool, choose "Create Lines and Polygons" option as the component hatches and fills will be polygons. You can also create classes for each component and then assign the component to that class such that you can turn them on and off to achieve the desired "look". Hope this helps Quote Link to comment
