kgroob Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 I know that directional lighting uses parallel beams of light, but do these beams then exist throughout the entire design layer, or does the location of the light source make a difference? For instance, would something be lit by the directional light source that is behind the arrow of the beam? If I put four directional light sources 20'-0" apart from one another in a plane, does that just make the brightness increase four-fold? Quote Link to comment
panthony Posted February 28, 2009 Share Posted February 28, 2009 Kriegs, I would suggest setting up an extremely simple model in which to test the lighting parameters set. This will give volumes of first hand knowledge in what happens to lighting as you manipulate the objects. Quote Link to comment
