Larry B.
I did a search on wye fittings, and didn't find the answer. I am looking for a 3D PVC reducing wye fitting. 4" X 4" X 3" at 45 deg. for a waste drain. I am using VW Designer 2009 with Vista. Thanks, Larry Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Larry As long as you don't use this to design the space shuttle, you're welcome to it. I took it off a pdf of a hand drawing from a supplier's website. I suspect it is very close to accurate, but I can't be sure. michaelk Quote Link to comment
Larry B.
Thank you Michaelk, I needed some 4" fittings, and was shocked and very disappointed not to find any 3D fittings. Please tell me that they are somewhere, and I just don't know where to look. I made up a few 4" fittings, as accurate as I could, and will attach them in 2009 file type. Thanks again, Larry Quote Link to comment
michaelk
I looked around, but I couldn't find any either. All the VW symbols are 2D only. Most of them are pretty easy to make with sweeps, solid additions, solid subtractions, and extrusions. If we could just find accurate, vector based pdfs, it would be fairly easy to make the most common fittings. I think alignment and insertion points of symbols will be the tricky part. michaelk Quote Link to comment
Larry B.
Here's a couple more fittings if anyone wants them. If anyone knows for certain that there no 3D fittings, reply and I will add to the Wish List. Thanks,Larry Quote Link to comment
