I get through the the serial number entry, the install starts, then I get this error message: "Error extracting: Plug-in/PDFUtilityLib.vwlibrary/Contents/Resources/Adobe81/Font/AdobeHeitiStd-Regular.otf" Does anyone have an idea what might be going on, other than a damaged DVD? 0 Ray Libby Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 You may have a bad DVD. Try copying the contents of the the DVD to your hard drive and install from there. If that doesn't work you may need to contact NNA for a new DVD. Quote Link to comment
