sfatelier
I am experiencing frustrating crashes with 2008 files that have converted over to 2009 in Windows XP. 2009 works great on my Mac but I've discovered this glitch on Windows. Has anyone else experienced this. I get about five minutes into the file and then it freezes and closes. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
The first thing to try is to update your video drivers. Do you have a lot of 3D objects in the file? Quote Link to comment
Cris with no H
I seem to recall there is a missing DLL file in Win XP that 2009 needs. It should have been put in with the installer. Have you tried updating to SP2? Maybe that contains the fix. Also, perhaps one of the NNA moderators could provide a download link for that missing DLL. Cris Dopher Quote Link to comment
sfatelier
It says something is missing and to reinstall 2009. I guess I'll try that. thanks everyone. Quote Link to comment
