Bob Holtzmann
You could try Purge Unused Objects. And look through the file's Resource Browser to find any symbols or textures you don't need. Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee Luis M Ruiz Posted January 17, 2009 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted January 17, 2009 I checked on your drawing and it looks like vegetation is what's increasing the file's size, I wonder what type of symbol you use for trees and bushes? try switching your symbols for some less rich on detail, maybe with plain 2d polygons and some transparency, remember that at the scale you are presenting this plot showing every leaf is not necessary. Make a duplicate of your file, make the changes, save it and let us know what happened to the size of the file Quote Link to comment
beanus
the symbols came from an autocad drawing, I'll try what you suggest, thanks Quote Link to comment
