I have been using the place plant tool in Landmark to postion symbols eg. circles to represent footpaths. I seems to work fine for circular symbols and gives drom shadow effect I need.
It doesn't work as well for other shapes as it gives what look like blank areas around the symbol(corresponding to the 2/3 outlines option in the place plant tool).
I would like a symbol tool that works like the above but without the multiple lines and will give a drop shadow and does not link to the plant database.
