MSachs
I get the following message when I try to open a document created in version 2008. "Some of the objects could not be regenerated. This file may have solids that have failed to regenerate. You may not be able to perform further operations on these objects. You may be able to regenerate them successfully by editing them." What gives? In all the previous iterations of this software I have never had a problem updating a file. Is there anything I can do in 2008 to make sure that the 2009 file converts correctly? M. Ray Libby
The solids engine in VW 2009 is completely new. Unfortunately there are going to be some conversion problems. Do you know what objects this is happening to? Maybe you could paste them into a new file and post it here. Quote Link to comment
MSachs
It's the 3D walls. I have tried exporting the file as a 3ds file and it sort of works but not very satisfyingly. Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
Paste the offending walls into a new document and post it here. Quote Link to comment
