Can any one give me a pointer about editing section markers? in 2008 I choose my section marker & it would show unfilled not so in 2009.

So I unfilled them in their file but my marker @ the other end of line stays filled even when it is not filled in their own file and shows not filled in the OIP.

Also I cannot move the section marker text or at least I am not given a handle for it.
