Viewport won't display design layers

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know what would make a viewport look like this?

If you can't see the image, it's a highlighted viewport with a big cross through it, and nothing displaying in it.

There aren't any 3d layers

The layers are all on the same scale

Nomatter what part of the drawing (just a 2d drawing of facades and floor plans, nothing too intensive) I create a viewport in, all that I can see in the sheet layer is this crossed out box.

Also, if I say to edit the design layers from within the viewport, nothing is visible, even though all of the layers are set to visible.

What the heck is going on?

i have only ever seen this on images i have imported into vectorworks, they turn to a grey box with a cross through it if the pixel resolution is too high, the only way i get around it is to reduce this in photoshop. you sure you dont have any images lurking in your drawing?
