Having trouble editing workspace and exporting

Hi I am working with a colleague, he has vectorworks I have Cinema 4D, he has been trying to export his files as .vw4d. He edited the workspace and added Cinema 4D to the export but he keeps getting "The following items are no longer part of the VectorWorks: Stack Layers"

"Do you want to save workspace anyway?"

And when he exports as cinema 4D he goes through the process and clicks "save" but nothing is exported? I've been trying to solve this for him but as my skills are more Cinema 4D based I am a little stumped!

What version of VectorWorks?

What version Cinema 4D plugin?

I don't believe the error message for the Stack layers plugin has anything to do with your export problems. You need to find the Stack Layers plugin in the workspace and delete it from your workspace and the error message will go away, but it isn't hurting anything.

Sorry yeah I knew there was something missing! VW 12.5, Cinema 4D R10, and the plug in in the vectorworks folder says Cinema4D Export VW12 US. We are both using Intel Macs, OS 10.5. I will get him to delete the stack anyway as you suggest, cheers.
