slickwillie Posted July 8, 2008 Share Posted July 8, 2008 (edited) When I export a drawing to a PDF file , go to print or open the PDF file it out it seems to be out of scale roughly by 98% (PDF document/ page size is 24.50" x 18.32" for ARCHC) as well as an additional lightweight border margin outside of the drawing border along the edge of the sheet. islandmon Posted July 8, 2008 Share Posted July 8, 2008 This is an issue going way back to the original HP postscript emulators. And it was a nasty bug indeed. Many drivers still have it ! Depending on the plotter you will need to tweak the Plotter's page description settings to get the right fit. It's a hassle but doable... Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 When you print from Acrobat make sure that you don't check an option like "Scale to fit paper". This will cause a small reduction in scale and is usually the default in Acrobat or other PDF reading applications. Quote Link to comment
