VectorWorks 12.5.2 not starting - should I upgrade to 12.5.3?

Although nothing has "apparently" changed on my system, VectorWorks 12.5.1 will no longer start. The Windows XP system logs show an error in the OLE32.dll module.

In terms of possible actions:

- do I need new copy of the OLE32.dll file

- should I delete and reinstall 12.5.1

- can I just install 12.5.3 over the top?

I have just installed 12.5.3 over the top and this has not worked. I will try to delete 12.5.1 and then reinstall 12.5.3

I would delete and reinstall. I suppose it's possible the dll file is missing or corrupt.
