Andrew Mac
Do the section lines not show up on the Sheet layer of my floor plans. They show up only on my design layer. Is is possible to make them visible on my floor plan sheet layer?? Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
Select the Section VP; click on the "Section Line Instances" button in the OIP (object Info Palette). A dialog will open, it has two panes: Design Layers and ViewPorts. Click the ViewPort pane and check the ones in which you want the section lines to appear. Quote Link to comment

Thank you, I just wasted more hours trying to get section/elevation markers to show up in Architect. This appears to me to be yet another indication that VW has little idea what a decent set of CDs should contain and how to get there....how often would a section be cut and NOT be referenced on the plan. It is asinine to have to go to the section VP to activate the marker on the plan...that should be info contained in a more logical or alternate location, such as with the section cut itself.
