Wall Texture Disappearing

I have a straight wall

Class set to "wall type1"

"wall tpye1" Solid Red Fill And Solid Black Lineblack.

"wall tpye1" Texture set to Wood looking texture.

Wall Attributes set to take on class attributes for Fill, Line and texture. Texture set to "all" sides.

Everything looks fine

View from almost isometric using flyover tool in openGL, looks fine.

change length of wall (-100mm) wall shrinks, texture disappears but highlight remains around edges, increase length (+100mm) texture reappears.

What am I doing wrong?
