monkey Posted April 18, 2008 Share Posted April 18, 2008 I have submitted several bug reports to tech support via email with copies of the files with bugs, does anyone know how long it generally takes for them to get back to you? or if they get back to you at all? whats the procedure? CipesDesign Posted April 18, 2008 Share Posted April 18, 2008 A couple comments: in my experience NNA takes all bugs seriously, however don't expect anyone to contact you unless they are having trouble reproducing the problem and need more info from you. Additionally, I think (although I'm not positive) that although 12.5.x is still "supported" NNA is not going to spend a lot of time, if any, on it as it is no longer the "current" version. If you need immediate assistance please contact Tech Support You can find the email address for Tech Support on that Bug Submit page link above. When you submit a bug through the Bug Submit on the VW webpage the issue is sent to our engineering team, and they only contact you if additional info is needed. Quote Link to comment
