A couple comments: in my experience NNA takes all bugs seriously, however don't expect anyone to contact you unless they are having trouble reproducing the problem and need more info from you. Additionally, I think (although I'm not positive) that although 12.5.x is still "supported" NNA is not going to spend a lot of time, if any, on it as it is no longer the "current" version.

Personally, I have found NNA's Tech Support to be very helpful and responsive.
