Finish Schedule

I apologize if this is elsewhere, I am new to the boards and to VectorWorks. I have worked on AutoCad for 16 years - started my own practice with a Mac and new software.

I am still getting frustrated by simple things, which will probably be that way for a while. I am inserting a finish schedule and the worksheet keeps sorting the rooms by some unknown method. I can't seem to get it to sort the rooms in numeric order. Help.

Open the worksheet.

Then in the worksheet, turn on "Database Headers."

Select/highlight the "header row" which is the row where the formulas live,

Then drag the "bar graph" looking ascending symbol at the top of the worksheet and drop it on the column with the room numbers.

It will sort in numeric order.

Thanks gmm18, when I re-read the help it does say to drag.
