Error when accessing Help

Receiving error when trying to access help form pull-down menu.

Not able to access

D:\Program Files\VW Help\Index.htm

Uninstalled VW and reinstalled VW, no change.

This worked prior but have not used it in a long time.

When accesing the help menu VW will open up a program from the system tray. It will open the email first if the email and web browser are both in the system tray.

When the web browser is opened it does not go past the page that it was currently open to, will not go to VW help page.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall VW, no help.

Tried with only the web browser in the sytem tray, web is opened to the current page and stays at that page.
