How would a user enter a carriage return at a VectorWorks worksheet cell ?

Are you trying to manually force the wrap on text?

I don't think there is a way to do it in a worksheet.

If you write the text as a text block, edit the text block, select all and copy.

Go into the cell, click in the top edit bar and paste the text

Adjust the cell width/height to fit what you wrote.

When you need to change the text, repeat all the steps, you can go to the edit bar, select all and copy. Paste into a text block and edit.

The edit bar will not resize to allow you to edit anything more than one line at a time.
