How many times can vectorworks be installed?

Certain programmes have a limit on the amount of times that they can be installed onto a computer from a disc, is vectorworks one of these and if so how many times is allowed?

As long as you have the dongle and the installation disk then it can be installed onto numerous computers then?

There is a limit to the number of times VectorWorks can be installed. The number of allowances depends on which type of serial number you have.

If you find yourself reaching the max installation instances (you will receive a dialog box), please contact Sales or your local Distributor to discuss options.

Why is there a limit and how would your DVD even know if there was one? Surely the dongle is the limiting factor?
