CS1
If i have fit a wall to a roof at a later date is there a way to bring that wall back to normal? Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
Not easily. You can do it by either manually reshaping, or using new geometry to redefine its top surface. The latter method won't remove all of the vertices added in the initial Fit to Roof action. Having an Undo Fit to Roof command would be a good addition. Why not Wish List it. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Use the 3D reshape tool to remove the wall peaks that were created. Put a 3D "beam" on a different layer and do the Fit to Roof command to that layer. Make sure it is at the height you want the wall to be. Pat Quote Link to comment
Robert Anderson
I have added a script to "unfit" walls in the VectorScript section of the forum. Use in good health. Quote Link to comment
