Having used VW for the past year I've become a strong advocate of the program overall but still have issues when it comes to exporting drawings. I've reviewed some posts, spoke with the guys at NNA, and experimented with multiple projects, but the AutoCAD based consultants we're using describe dealing with us as difficult. The work we do is new/remodeled residential, multi-unit, and mixed-use. Currently, we assign all our walls one class (Wall) and the layers manage the different floors and types (Wall 01N, Wall 02E, etc.). With all that said, if anyone has had success with a layer/class management system that has been working for them when it comes to exporting to dwg (AutoCad users), any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
