CS1
I know that I can say make all lines in class "class1" to be black at 0.18 and dash-dot-dash. How can I make all text in say "class2" to be red 5mm or 14pt Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
In VW2008 there is no equivalent to the Class Styles for text. The best option is to use the Custom Modification. Set the criteria to Class is Class2 and Kind is Text. Then you can change all of the text blocks at the same time, even instances on other layers. There is no way to have all the text block instances change automatically like you can do with the other attributes. Pat Quote Link to comment
CS1
Cool thanks for that, I have just found another way to achieve a similar thing. You can use the TOOLS>OPTIONS>SET TEXT TOOL PREFs to assign Classes to certain text types, but you can only use it for four different text types. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
What version of VW are you using? I don't have Set Text Tool Prefs as an option and I can't find it in the Workspace Editor. Is this possibly a third party add-on? Pat Quote Link to comment
CS1
Im using VW2008, it could possibly be an add-on from OZCAD Quote Link to comment
