Richard T Posted January 22, 2008 Share Posted January 22, 2008 If I have a line of plants at say 700mm spacings and I decide to replace it with another plant with a defined spacing of 1000mm, why doesn't the spacing automatically adjust once the plant is replaced? It's rather silly to have to go in and adjust it manually. Quote Link to comment
Guest Posted January 24, 2008 Share Posted January 24, 2008 It's simply because the spacing option can be changed on a plant to plant basis, and the preference that is set with the plant definition is a default placement property and is only used when the plant is initially placed into the drawing. This is simply a design decision that we decided to stick with. Quote Link to comment
