Scaling of objects

Trying to scale an object that is in the electrical section of the toolkit.

I would like to make the "common ground"

symbol smaller.

You can't scale symbols- they are sized reletive to the scale of the layer they on on/and where created. Try Symbol to Group it then scale it.

Or just place an instance of the symbol in your drawing, and edit the symbol. Editting the symbol will change all instances in your drawing, which may or may not be what you want.
