I installed VectorWorks 12.0.0 on a new Mac mini (OSX Leopard) that I?ve just purchased to replace my old one. I mistakenly put in an incorrect serial number (actually the one for a colleague?s computer, not my old computer).
It wouldn?t accept this incorrect number, but I don?t see how to change this to the correct one. Everytime I try to open the application (as I did the first time when I got a screen that asked for the serial number), I get a screen that says it can?t find the dongle (which is attached correctly) and then it quits. I tried deleting the application and reinstalling it, but the problem continues.

Hello
Help, please!
Yours faithfully, Mary Thum
