Ride
Does anyone know how to print multiple design or sheet layers into one multi-page PDF file? I have tried repeatedly to no avail. Also, I can't seem to print to an 11x17 PDF either (I can only export to 11x17). Any help would be great! Macbook Pro/OSx10.5/VW2008-SP2 Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
To create a booklet you need to use Export PDF (Batch) with either Saved Views or Sheet Layers (it is covered in the Online Help). Note this is an option in the Design Series only - it is not available in Fundamentals. The page size is defined through Printer Setup under Page Setup. This is also covered in the Online Help. CipesDesign
FYI, there is a free (or shareware) program called "Combine PDF's". It is very simple to use and will create a multi-page PDF from a bunch of individual ones. Check it out at http://www.monkeybreadsoftware.de/ Quote Link to comment
Benjamin Richards
PDFpen will also combine multiple pages. It's cheap and also enables you to add graphics to .pdfs for example a my letter head graphic as a gif with transparency fits over a pdf letter nicely (as well as my signature!) I also use combinepdfs but find it quite slow and needed quitting after each use!!! Quote Link to comment
