Geekgurl Posted July 18, 2000 Share Posted July 18, 2000 When a drawing is created on the Mac the fonts print out fine, if I then take that drawing to a PC the fonts all revert to Arial when printing. After which the Mac can only see Arial, if the PC saves the drawing. HELP!!! Please. Quote Link to comment
godryck Posted July 27, 2000 Share Posted July 27, 2000 If VectorWorks doesn't have a font that's requested in a document, it will revert to its default font. For the PC, that is Arial. To transfer TrueType fonts between Mac and PC platforms, use TTConverter. The best arrangement for multiple machines that will share documents is an agreed font set that is duplicated on each one. This way, unexpected changes in font are minimized or eliminated. Quote Link to comment
