JeffNWA
I am looking for a way to export a pdf and an image version of my documents using VectorScript. I see there are some script commands for saving a PDF, but do they require Architect or do they come with Fundamentals. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
Charles Chandler
There are a complete set of PDF export calls. Do a search for "pdf" in the online function reference: http://softwarecustomizationservices.com/Other/VSFR/ I didn't check, but my guess would be that these calls will only work in the Industry Series products (Architect, Landmark, Mechanical, and/or Spotlight). If you have a Fundamentals license, it would be easy enough to test. Quote Link to comment
Petri
And this, Charles, reminds me of an important question: How are we supposed to know what VS calls are supported in which VW version(s)? Naturally I refer to GETENABLEDMODULES and its consequences. Edited December 6, 2007 by Petri Quote Link to comment
Charles Chandler
In the function reference, in the title bar for each function, at the far right, the version implemented and the version obsolete are listed. If the call is obsolete, the title bar will be gray, and the version obsolete will be listed. If the function is still active, the version obsolete will be blank, and the title bar will be blue (for built-in functions) or green (for SDK-implemented functions.) Quote Link to comment
