Guest Posted November 19, 2007 Share Posted November 19, 2007 When posting to the message board, please start a new topic if your issue is not identical to the one being discussed. It's challenging for people to follow multiple issues in one thread and it's difficult for me (and other moderators) to keep track of the different issues when the thread has bits of various issues peppered throughout. To create a new topic, click on the "Forum List" link in the horizontal nav bar. Choose the Forum you want to post to. Click on "New Topic" to start a new topic. Enter a title and a detailed description of the problem in the section below. Click the "Submit" button to post the topic. Please note, if you have a new/different/separate issue than the thread, there is a chance it will get lost or overlooked in the process of attempting to resolve a different issue. We often tie topic subjects with specific problems internally as a tracking system. If your issue is different from the topic subject, then there's a chance your issue will not get documented appropriately. There are many topics throughout this forum to moderate, manage, and follow up with including topics coming in external to the message board.
