can't export PDF in 2008 on a MAC

Hi,

just installed 2008 (and leopard). when i try to export as a pdf, nothing happens. I have done exactly what i have done in the past on previous VW versions. i made the pdf quartz option available, and that seems to work, but not the other 2

any ideas?

Is this with a custom workspace or one of the default VW workspaces?

Have you tried removing the export option from the workspace and adding it back?

Did you run VW 2008 before installing Leopard?

Have you run Disk Utility?

it is in the standard architect workspace, and a custom workspace. I have removed the export option, but that didn't work. don't remember if i installed VW before Leopard to be honest.

I haven't run disk utility. never used it to be honest. not sure how that would help.

In the Applications : Utility folder is something called Disk Utility. When you launch this, select your hard drive on the left and then click on Verify Disk Permissions. When done, click on Repair Disk Permissions.

It's not a bad idea to get in the habit of running Disk Utility any time new software or hardware is installed / removed, or updates to the OS are run.
