Ozzie
Sorry I was in an old drawing and selected a Viewport which of course scaled - are you in a Design Layer or Sheet Layer? What do you have in the Worksheet if it is just text just make the text bigger. Quote Link to comment
mar schrammeyer
Worked around the problem by putting the worksheets on their own design layer an changing the scale of the VP, that what I thought you ment Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
I just went back to to VW12.5.2 (Mac) and I don't have any option to scale a Worksheet on Drawing. If I try Modify:Scale, I get the same message (different presentation of course), that Object Can't Be Scaled. Doesn't matter if I do symetrically or Asymentrically. What do you have to do in 12.5 to scale a worksheet? Pat Quote Link to comment
Guest
If you can scale a worksheet, it's by way of a third party product as this is not a standard behavior in VW. The other option to scale a worksheet is to convert the worksheet on the drawing to lines, then scale the network of lines and text. Of course, it's no longer a worksheet if you do this. mar schrammeyer
Sorry did not realize that it was an ozcad tool Quote Link to comment

Guest
Ooh looks like that is not possible anymore. You used to be able to convert to group, then convert to lines. Quote Link to comment
Petri
It was, until you made it impossible. Clever, huh? Quote Link to comment
Guest
Yep. I have that effect. I know I did this in VW 11. It was the only way I could get the worksheets to export to dwg without having to export the worksheet as a separate text file. Quote Link to comment
Petri
Not in 11, not in 10, not in 9. Quote Link to comment
Ozzie
Bummer - Ozcads Worksheet on Drawing will still allow you to Ungroup but without it what is happening in VW 2008 - could it be called a bug? Quote Link to comment
Guest
You may want to follow up with OzCad on the plugin. Quote Link to comment
AVD
So, is there a way to export a worksheet to a DWG file. I have a sheet with an embedded worksheet, plus other lines/graphics. When I export the sheet, I get everything EXCEPT the worksheet. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Your two easiest options are to: 1. Upgrade to VW2008 2. Go to and buy a copy of Julian Carr's Worksheet on Drawing. It will convert your worksheet to lines and text that will then export properly. Pat Quote Link to comment
