attnegentk
Hello This is a very basic question, but i can not find the answer. I am trying to draw a solid 3D arc from 6 different arcs. How do i join 6 different arcs together into one polygon so i can extrude it? Or is there another method? I have tried adding surface, but that doesn't seem to work. I am at a loss. Any Ideas? I have included the file of the arc. Thanks David Mims Edited October 24, 2007 by attnegentk Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
Modify Menu>Compose. When you run this command you will see it didn't work on your six arcs, the top left one is left out of the polygon because it is not joined to the two adjacent arcs. Undo the compose and use the Connect/Combine tool in Dual Object Connect mode to join them. Now run the Compose command and you will have a polygon to extrude. Great idea to include the file, your version number would help too. Quote Link to comment
