About VECTOR WORKS & VECTOR WORKS ARCHITECT

I have VW 8.00 via GOMARK INDIA a licence copy. They have not supplied me further upgrades of the software ie 8.50

Now I have purchased VW ARCHITECT PLUG IN

in U S A & it is not compaitable with

V WORKS 8.00(After repeated requests also they have not contacted me regarding the registration card which was not in my product

box & hence as on todate I'm not registered

with GRAPHSOFT & so also with GOMARK INDIA

as it seems! They have not even mailed me cash memo of the software purchased nor updated with the latest 8.50 Version)

Please tell me what shall I do to use the plug in

I have highlighted this type of issue before

I know this is definatly unpleasent for

GOMARK INDIA Ltd But after all my buisness &

intrest I will have to see

Any way Please help me
