ThreeDot
I've been experimenting with the Callout Tool in VectorWorks 2008 and have experienced an odd behavior. On a Design Layer, the tool works as expected. While drawing, a preview is displayed. The resultant size of note more or less matches the preview. However, when in a viewport annotation on a Sheet Layer, the Callout Tool preview is very, very small. The resultant text is the correct size, but the leader is way out of proportion. Has any one else experienced this problem? Image Thanks, Matt -- PowerMac Dual G5 2.0Ghz, OS X 10.4.10 Quote Link to comment

tgm
Here we go with Callout Tool issues again, one of my favorite gripes with 12.5.2. When I even touch a callout after generating it I get wierd behaviour. Tom in PA Quote Link to comment
Guest
Tom, Did you ever submit a file and problem description to bugsubmit@ ? Quote Link to comment
tgm
About a year ago I submitted a file and got a new Callout Tool to replace the original in 11.5. Someone from NNA sent the file via email for to try. Result was no change. I have been complaining ever since and have gotten no where. I can't even get anyone from NNA to say they can even duplicate the problem and I am not the only with the issue. Tom in PA Quote Link to comment
Guest
There was a problem with the callout in VW 11, and the updates resolved it. Since VW 12, have you submitted a file, along with documentation of the problem to tech@ or bugsubmit@ ? Quote Link to comment
