file access

Please contact Technical Support regarding this matter. We would need a little more information so that we could determine what is going on. Information such as:

1) What version of VectorWorks you are using

2) What is the configuration of your machine (Mac or PC, Operating system, ram, free space, ram configuration)

3) When this is occurring (start-up, opening/closing a file, working, certain tools, accessing a palette, etc.)

4) What is your registered serial number,

5) Is this with one file, or all files,

6) Can you duplicate this in a new file?

These are some of the questions we need to know to answer what the error means.
