Guest Posted September 9, 2007 Share Posted September 9, 2007 Hidden Line rendering is up to 50% faster Final Gather has been introduced - which will save time on Radiosity Renderings if you use it in tandem with Radiosity. It also takes Final Quality renderings to a new level. Open GL rendering, when RenderWorks is installed, will draw shadows, support backgrounds, and (since 12) support textures. This is nice as a quick rendering aid to preview a scene without taking the time of more advanced rendering modes. Open GL also draws the edges, sort of like a Hidden Line Rendering over an Open GL rendering, in VW 2008. Quote Link to comment
