HDill Posted March 29, 2000 Share Posted March 29, 2000 I am using VW8.5.1 on a mac, and I'm having problems importing dxf files from autocad 2000 LT. The import process is stopped with, "OpenDWG Library Error 3" If I copy the file to the hard disk, I get an error 17. This also happens for dwg files. I have saved the files as R13, R14 etc.. and had no luck. Quote Link to comment
Guest Posted March 29, 2000 Share Posted March 29, 2000 VectorWorks does not import AutoCad 2000 documents they must be saved as R 14 or 13. Try allocating some more memory to the program, this has sometimes solved the problem with the Open DWG errors.
