Clayton Chipper Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 HI i have made up raised garden bed symbols with embedded reticulation line and fittings. retic line and fittings each have their own classes within the symbol. i am trying to be able to view just the irrigation layout but i cant seem to do this. when i select class 'active only' and select the reticulation line class, nothing is shown. i know the separate classes are working within the symbol because i can calculate the length of reticulation pipe within the symbols placed on the drawing. can anyone please advise? mike m oz Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 Viewing by Active Only Class will make the entire object invisible unless the Symbol 'Container Class' is the same as the Class you are viewing. You need to switch Classes on and off ensuring your Symbol 'Container Class' is still visible. The Symbol 'Container Class' can be different to the Class of any of the objects in the Symbol. Probably easiest to use 'None' for the Container Class. Quote Link to comment
