No objects in resource brower

When i open up the resource browser i am only able to view objects in open files - i am unable to access ALL objects. anyone know how to fix this?

Right under the "Open Files" section, in the same pull-down list, don't you have a "Favorites" section, listing all the files in the "Object Libraries" folder?
