Heather S
I have two windows set into a wall. Is there a way to get rid of the wall line in between them? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted June 29, 2007 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 29, 2007 Use the "Custom Sash" option to make a double-wide sash window. Quote Link to comment
Dieter @ DWorks
or make them a group, and delete the line Quote Link to comment
P Retondo
That line is a zero-thickness jamb. Use Robert's advice by going to the "Settings" window - you will get good results. If you convert the PIO to a group, you will lose the 3d information. Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
custom sash is the way to go. Setting a custom sash and then editing it lets you choose the size of the sashes individually. Not as good as WinDoor (www.ozcad.co.au) but still good. Quote Link to comment
rsa
Hi Johnathan, I've just recently seen the windoor site and was wondering if it lives up to the website description. What do you think? Sounds like you recommend it. Also I have a remodel project right now with old curved windows in an arc-ed bay. Do you know if windoor can create a window that follows an arced path? Thanks -Rob Quote Link to comment
dontevenjoke
Windoor is fantastic, it has to be one of the best time saving additions to VW. I am in Australia and VW ships with Windoor, but the other day I mistakenly used the door tool and was shocked at the difference. Windoor is well worth getting. Quote Link to comment
