graham75 Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 I just installed 12.5.2 (71041) and I'm still having the problem with exporting/saving over existing PDF files (locally, and without changing the file name) and the PDF file saving as 0Kb. I am on a Mac with OSX 10.4.10. This was one of my biggest gripes about the previous versions... I'm surprised no one else seems to either have this problem or care about this. Am I alone? Guest Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 I just check with testing and they were never able to reproduce the problem either before 12.5.2 or now with VW 12.5.2. We just tested with both Power PC & Intel Macs with 10.4.10. Are you getting a dialog asking you to overwrite the PDF? The only other thing I can see causing this is if the existing PDF you are trying to overwrite is somehow open by another program, such as Preview or Adobe Reader. Is it possible the old PDF is open?
