If you are in the US, a new purchase will include both a printed and electronic copy of the manual. If you are upgrading from a previous version, the printed manual is not included, but the electronic help system is included which is a copy (with more flexibility) of the printed manual. In addition, you will receive a free training CD covering all the new features in VW 12, as well as a few key features introduced in VW 10 and 11. Quote Link to comment
