damian666oneill
Hi, I have a viewport with active layers. The problem is when I view this viewport, although my gridline layer is on the top in the layers pull down menu, my grids go to the bottom of all the shaded boxes in my viewport ! Anyone know what I am doing wrong ? Using 12.5.1 on a MacbookPro Thanks Damo Quote Link to comment
Dieter @ DWorks
what do you mean with shaded boxes? are they annotations? because annotations are drawn in front of everything, or you can send them at the back of everything with 'send back' command. Quote Link to comment
Christiaan
1st thing I'd do is double check that your gridlines are on the layer you think they're on. Quote Link to comment
David Ormsby
Which "Pull Down" is your grid layer appearing on top in? Does the grid layer appear on top when looking at the design layers? Are the "shaded boxes" on a design layer? If you are looking at the Navigation Palette, check that the grid layer has a "1" in the right column - this palette can be sorted by visibility, name or number, the number indicates which layer is actually "on top".
