We have just about as many picture makers, we purchased ours from graphsoft?s web site. When we called graphsoft about the problem, someone suggested that we spend $190.00 more on buy RenderWorks. Maybe graphsoft should give every one that purchased pictur maker RenderWorks free. This make me feels that I should dump all the stock we have purchased John Backer Quote Link to comment

We may have alternatives for you or some way to help but we can't discuss it on the message board. If needed ask to speak with me but simply there is nothing I can do for you here on the message board. Since this discussion started I have been asking customer service if anyone has called lately about lightworks Picturemaker and no one has. So again the ball is in your court what do you plan to do sit on the message board and complain or call us and see if we can do anything about it? We will try to help you just call. 410-290-5114.
